Terms & Conditions Long-Term Rentals

Welcome to Ibanista Ltd. These terms and conditions govern the use of our long-term rental property search services in France. By engaging in our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Our services
1.1 Ibanista Ltd provides a professional service to assist foreign clients in finding long-term rental properties in France.
1.2 The process includes an initial phone consultation to discuss the client’s needs, budget, and criteria, followed by a comprehensive property search, liaising and negotiating with landlords and/or agencies.
1.3 Ibanista Ltd does not receive commissions from landlords or agencies, our sole income comes from fees paid by our clients.
Pricing and payment
2.1 Our service fee is split into two payments:
- 50% upfront: Payable before the search begins.
- 50% upon successful property placement: Payable once a rental property has been secured for the client.
2.2 The upfront payment is non-refundable to cover the time, effort and resources used during the search process.
Client obligations
3.1 Clients must provide accurate and detailed information during the initial consultation, including their budget, preferred location, and specific rental requirements.
3.2 Clients must notify Ibanista Ltd promptly if their needs or circumstances change during the search process.
Unsuccessful searches
4.1 If Ibanista is unable to secure a suitable rental property for the client, the remaining 50% payment is not required.
4.2 No refunds will be issued for the upfront payment due to the extensive work involved in the search.
Limitations of liability
5.1 Ibanista Ltd is not responsible for any decisions made by landlords or agencies, including but not limited to rental rejections or delays in response.
5.2 Ibanista Ltd does not guarantee that every client will find a property that meets all specified criteria but will make reasonable efforts to achieve the desired outcome.
Termination of service
6.1 Either party may terminate the service with written notice. If the client terminated the agreement, the upfront payment remains non-refundable.
Confidentiality
7.1 All client information provided to Ibanista Ltd will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purposes of the rental search.
